About the role

Responsibilities
- Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
- Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
- Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the electrician.
Requirements
- Previous solar installation experience.
- Comfort working at heights and on roofs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with power tools.
- A strong "get it done right" attitude.
- A valid, clean driver's license.
- A commitment to 40+ hour workweeks.
