Experienced Solar Installer

About the role

We are expanding and seeking experienced Solar Installers to join our installation team. Our ideal candidate thrives on working on rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

Requirements

• Previous Solar Installation experience.
• Comfort with heights and roof work.

Qualifications

• A deep respect for safety procedures and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
• Proficiency with power tools and a "get it done right" attitude.
• A valid, clean driver’s license and a commitment to 40+ hour weeks.

Skills
