Experienced Sign & Graphics Installer - Part-Time

Signarama Nampa is seeking an experienced Sign & Graphics Installer for a flexible part-time position. This opportunity may be ideal for a skilled installer looking for a side hustle, or only needs part-time employment. We need someone who produces clean, professional work, solves problems in the field, and can be trusted to complete projects with limited or no supervision. The ideal candidate has professional experience installing signs and applying vinyl graphics to a variety of surfaces. Experience or certification as a wrap tech is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sign Installation: Safely prepare surfaces and install vinyl graphics, dimensional lettering, sign panels, exterior signs, etc.
• Vinyl Application and Production: Weed, mask, laminate, trim, mount, and professionally apply vinyl graphics to a wide variety of substrates.
• Vehicle Graphics and Wraps: Prepare vehicle surfaces and install vinyl lettering, decals, partial wraps, or full wraps.
• Quality Control: Inspect all completed work for correct placement, alignment, adhesion, trimming, finish quality, durability, and overall appearance.
• Efficient Workflow: Adapt to changing priorities and complete assigned projects within established timeframes while maintaining high standards for safety and workmanship.
• Technical Proficiency: Safely use and maintain ladders, drills, heat guns, squeegees, knives, and other tools required for production and installation.
• Customer Interaction: Represent Signarama Nampa professionally at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to confirm measurements, specifications, materials, deadlines, and installation requirements.

Qualifications

• Professional sign or graphics installation experience is required
• Demonstrated experience producing and applying cut and printed vinyl to multiple substrates
• Full vehicle-wrap experience or certification is highly preferred
• Ability to apply vinyl cleanly while minimizing bubbles, wrinkles, lifting, overstretching, and visible seams
• Ability to independently assess installation conditions and solve problems in the field
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and reliability
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and finish quality
• Ability to adjust to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ladders, and vinyl application equipment
• Ability to read measurements and follow installation layouts, templates, and production specifications
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the rest of the team
• Physical ability to lift more than 80 pounds, climb ladders and scaffolds, and work comfortably at varying heights
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
• Dependable transportation and punctual attendance at scheduled installations

Schedule

This is a flexible part-time position. Hours will vary based on installation workload, customer availability, weather, site access, and your availability. Projects will be scheduled in advance, but occasional schedule changes may be necessary. Candidate must be dependable and able to commit to agreed-upon installation dates and times. Flexibility does not eliminate the need to meet project deadlines or customer scheduling requirements. Availability for weekday evening, or weekend installations based on project and customer needs.

Pay

$25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
