Experienced Service Advisor (Giambalvo CDJR)

About the role

Jack Giambalvo is now hiring a full-time Experienced Service Advisor for our Giambalvo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram location in York. Our Service Advisors are responsible for creating positive service experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
• Coordinate service orders with technicians
• Advise customers on estimated service costs, completion timeframes, and any potential changes
• Suggest appropriate additional services to customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• At least 3 years of experience in an automotive advisor position
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations helpful
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills—ability to be trained on dealership computer systems
