Training & Development

Responsibilities

• Aid in providing highly personalized, technical, warm, and efficient service.
• Collaborate with Servers, Management, and Guests to ensure a technically exceptional dining experience.
• Assist Assistant Servers with Food Delivery, Table Service, Table Maintenance, and Hospitality-based Guest Experiences.
• Carry dishes and tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other restaurant spaces.
• Handle spills, clean up broken dishes, remove trash, and maintain cleanliness and smooth operations.
• Interact with guests and staff in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Treat guests with respect and strive to exceed their expectations.
• Wear a neat and clean uniform, maintain good grooming, and adhere to personal hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with CRAVE personnel to maintain an effective atmosphere and efficient service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay & Schedule

This position starts at a base of $13 per hour and is a tipped position.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper table-clearing etiquette is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
