Responsibilities
- Aid in providing highly personalized, technical, warm, and efficient service.
- Collaborate with Servers, Management, and Guests to ensure exceptional experiences.
- Assist in Food Delivery, Table Service, Table Maintenance, and Hospitality-based Guest Experiences.
- Carry dishes and tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
- Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other restaurant spaces.
- Handle spills, clean up broken dishes, remove trash, and maintain cleanliness and smooth operations.
- Interact with guests and staff in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Treat guests with utmost respect and strive to exceed their expectations.
- Wear a neat and clean uniform, maintain personal hygiene, and adhere to proper etiquette.
- Work collaboratively with CRAVE personnel to maintain an effective atmosphere and efficient service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay & Schedule
This position starts at a base of $13 per hour and is a tipped position.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of proper table-clearing etiquette is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary.
