Experienced Security Shift Supervisor
About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Security Officer, specifically a Shift Supervisor. The role requires a valid driver's license, including mobile patrol.
Responsibilities
- Read the environment and anticipate risk
- Maintain physical fitness for continuous patrol
- Spot suspicious activity and verify identities
- Control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Check alarm and camera functionality
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
- Able to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass an extensive screening process
- First aid certification preferred
- Standing and walking for the entire shift
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- State license if required

$21.00 per hour
Schedule
- Full-time, 7am-3pm on Fridays and Saturdays, Plus 3pm-11pm on Sundays and Mondays
- Full-time, 3pm-11pm Tuesday-Saturday
Skills
Keen sense of observation, physical fitness, ability to react quickly, and teamwork skills are essential.
