Responsibilities
- Interacting with property-owners, guests, and employees.
- Aiding guests, residents, and employees with vehicle jump-starts, vehicle-unlocks, intrusion alarms and motor vehicle accidents.
- Providing basic first aid responses.
- Enforcing all property regulations.
- Managing and resolving tier-two customer service issues.
- Enforcing emergency and law enforcement procedures.
- Assisting with traffic control and pedestrian safety.
- Investigating incidents and writing/filing reports.
- Additional duties may include inspecting AEDs, managing and/or making keys, updating locks and keys, and more.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid US Driver's license.
- Extensive customer service skills and experience.
- A clean driving record and background check.
- A current Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
- Able to obtain Advanced First Aid Certification within 3 months of employment.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to bend, crawl, climb, lift, kneel and crouch.
- Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
- Able to remain flexible in schedule, working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A college degree is preferred.

Pay
The expected pay range is $21.00/hr - $25.20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
Schedule
Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
Qualifications
