Fire Protection Services, LLC seeks an experienced and highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our Customer Service Team. FPS was founded in 1988 and is a locally owned and operated company. Responsibilities
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers, and providing troubleshooting assistance for customer-related issues.
- Reaching daily goals of outbound sales activities.
- Compiling a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads, and providing data to the Sales Team.
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators.
- Managing the Sales database.
- Assisting with customer visits and providing outside sales support as needed.
