Experienced RV Service Technician

We are seeking an Experienced RV Technician

Responsibilities

• Lead complex diagnostics and repairs
• Support service department performance
• Mentor junior technicians
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-quality work environment
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards
• Keep workspace organized, clean, and stocked with essential tools and materials
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians
• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI)
• Prepare units for customer delivery
• Complete after-sales support tasks

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on RV repair or related mechanical/electrical experience
• Strong working knowledge of RV systems, components, and repair procedures
• RVTI certification
• The ability to work independently and as a team leader
• The ability to lift anywhere from 25 to 50 lbs with an assistive device
• The ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time
• The ability to work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises
• Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays
• A neat, clean, and professional appearance
• The ability to pass a background and drug test
