Pay
Starting wage: $22.00/hr – $25.20/hr (expected pay range).
Schedule
Employment type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Shift type: Full‑time and part‑time hours available. Hiring occurs on a rolling basis; applications accepted until December 15th or until positions are filled (whichever comes first).
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service and product knowledge
- Outfit guests with the latest outdoor gear
- Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
- Ensure pricing is accurate and current including any and all promotions
- Stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead others
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; holidays, and weekends
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to stand and move in an active, team‑oriented environment for extended periods
- Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English
