Experienced Restoration Technician

About the role

We're looking for an Experienced Restoration Technician to join our Mobile, AL team! Starting pay is $18-$22 per hour. Opportunity for quarterly bonus. Full insurance package: medical, dental, vision, and more. Fully vested 401K with employer match. Opportunities for restoration certifications. Position located in Daphne, AL.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on various restoration projects
• Perform mitigation duties to include water extraction, surgical demo, placement of equipment, structure cleaning and content handling
• Maintain safe jobsite
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
• Pre and post construction clean-up

Requirements

• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Personable with good communication skills
• Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
• Strong desire to learn and excel
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in restoration or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using restoration equipment
