Experienced Restoration Technician

Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company that is known for restoring homes and businesses that were damaged from traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc. Our dedicated team of professionals work hard to be available 24/7. Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan
• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process
• Maintain safe job-site
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
• Pre and post construction clean-up

Requirements

• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Personable with good communication skills
• Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
• Strong desire to learn and excel
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free

Pay

Starting pay is $18-$22 per hour with opportunity for quarterly bonus
