Full-Time Swing Shift, Wednesday-Sunday / 2:00pm-10:00pm

Responsibilities
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority
- Professionally answer all phone calls that come through the Site
- Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location
- Provide rapid response in critical situations
- Read and write detailed reports, especially on rude guests or residents
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards
- Conduct regular area patrols by vehicle and foot
- Provide critical access control on behalf of community members and guests by checking IDs, answering phones, using computers, and handling deliveries as needed in the Gatehouse
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- At least 1 year of Security experience in an HOA setting
- Current PILB on hand
- Valid Driver License
- Ability to work with computers and other electronic systems
- Ability to work on holidays as scheduled for your shift
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
