About the role
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential homes. Must have a valid electrician’s license.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair electrical systems in residential homes
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns
- Perform routine maintenance checks on electrical systems
Requirements
- Valid electrician’s license
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college coursework in electrical engineering or related field
- Knowledge of electrical theory and practices
Skills
- Proficient in using electrical tools and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
