This position is for an Experienced Residential Service Electrician to join the team and help homeowners solve electrical problems safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve residential electrical problems.
• Perform upgrades, repairs, and replacements.
• Educate homeowners and offer real solutions.
• Run your own calls and own your numbers.

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience performing residential electrical service work.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain service options and help customers make informed decisions.
• Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

• Electrical license or certification (journeyman, master, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with tablets, digital dispatching, or paperless job documentation.

• Uncapped earnings: average $60k‑$85k annually, top electricians over $100k.
