About the role
Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential properties. Must have a valid electrician’s license.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair electrical systems in residential homes
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Perform routine maintenance checks on electrical systems
Requirements
- Valid electrician’s license
- At least 5 years of experience in residential electrical work
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proficient in using electrical tools and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Skills
- Knowledge of residential electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Good physical stamina for climbing ladders and working at heights

- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
