About the role
Come to work at a world-class tune shop and enjoy the best benefits package in the industry. As an Intermediate Rental Technician, you’ll provide guests with equipment services and information for the ultimate outdoor experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear conditions
- Perform tuning and repair services for guests
- Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
- May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience
- 1-3 years previous leadership experience or demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead others
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude to perform ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance, or repairs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
- Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English
- Minimum age: 18 years
Pay
Starting wage: $23.75/hr - $26.57/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

- Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
- Full-time and part-time hours available
- No housing availability
