Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- Orients new patients and families to the hospital setting.
- Performs comprehensive patient assessments.
- Determines diagnoses and conditions relevant to care.
- Develops and implements plans of care.
- Evaluates patient progress towards goals.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team.
- Applies evidence-based practices in nursing care.
- Maintains current knowledge and competencies.
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
Experience

Physical Requirements
- Constant use of speech.
- Constant standing and walking.
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, reaching, and keyboard use/data entry.
