Experienced Registered Nurse ICU

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor patient on external and transvenous pacemaker.
• Maintain and monitor patient on specific drips such as Diprivan, Vasopressors, Paralytics, etc.
• Evaluate and document patient's hemodynamic response and use of critical care equipment.
• Evaluate and document patient with Femoral Line Catheter, Pulmonary Artery Catheter, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, Ventilator support, and Intracranial Pressure Monitor.
• Safely care for Cardio Surgical patients who are hemodynamically compromised.

Department Job Description Summary

This position works night shifts from 7p-7a and is located in the ICU. Key responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating patients, performing assessments, implementing care plans, and reporting findings.

Qualifications

• Current FL Nursing License, Basic Life Support, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support required.
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred, CCRN preferred.
• At least 1 year RN experience.
