Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify suitable properties
  • Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
  • Maintain and monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host a minimum of two open houses each month
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards
  • Actively participate in team activities as per team guidelines
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
  • Advises sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties
  • Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Qualifications

  • You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
  • You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
  • Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
  • Overcoming objections comes naturally
  • You are a strong communicator and committed to service
  • Team player
  • Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to be in office 2-3 days a week

Pay

$50,000 - $350,000 USD Yearly

Schedule

Absenteeism is expected to be 2-3 days a week.

Benefits

This is a commission based position.
