Experienced Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
• Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
• Actively contribute to team events and initiatives as outlined by team standards
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
• Utilize PLACE Technology to monitor client interactions and track all activities
