Experienced Property Maintenance Worker

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as daily janitorial work, litter pick up, light landscaping, snow and ice removal, carpet cleaning, painting, carpentry work, and minor electrical repairs
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, HVAC systems, and other building components
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents, including occasional evening and weekend response when an urgent matter arises
• Affirm compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Requirements

• Proficient in facilities maintenance tasks including electrical repairs, residential painting, and basic plumbing
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Must have own transportation and reside close enough to quickly get to property if an emergency arises
