Certifications

• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred)
• Technical proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred); water, sewer, and general utility design; roadway, and related site design including cross sections; using and manipulating aerial and topographic map files; and preparing entitlement documents.
• Ability to research and analyze local zoning codes, land use regulations, and environmental laws and to apply them to assigned projects.

Your Impact

• Design Leadership: Lead CADD operations with proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) while preparing complex planning entitlement drawings.
• Advanced Technical Production: Demonstrate advanced experience in all aspects of CADD design, preparing planning entitlement drawings in full conformance with VIKA's CADD and design requirements.
• Project Coordination: Lead coordination efforts with VIKA Planning, Landscape Architecture, and Engineering staff and outside consultants including Land Use Attorneys, Architects, Landscape Architects, and Dry Utility Engineers while preparing planning entitlement documents for assigned project development phases.
