Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive demand and adoption of our products.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure our products resonate with target customers.
  • Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
  • Aid in the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing teams.
  • Conduct market research to identify and understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to inform product development and marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with the Director, Product Marketing to drive product launch efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and effective communication.
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement materials to ensure sales teams can effectively position and sell products.
  • Collaborate with product managers to produce high-quality marketing collateral such as slicks, factsheets, FAQs, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and product demos.
  • Support the development and management of marketing campaigns under the guidance of the Director, Product Marketing.
  • Contribute to marketing campaign strategy and support execution of campaign plans, receiving guidance from the Director, Product Marketing on priorities and approach.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives to measure success and refine strategies.
  • Assist in analyzing and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives to support data-driven refinements.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires 3+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, with expanding knowledge and demonstrated growth in the discipline.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle and marketing strategies.
  • Experience with product launches, go-to-market planning, and sales enablement.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and other teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and SEO.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
