Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification, or willingness to obtain certification if requested
  • Good communication skills
  • Current Driver’s License & good driving record
  • Willing to submit to background check & drug testing
  • Able to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop
  • Able to spend most of working time standing, walking, and moving around
  • Able to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to identify poolside opportunities for upselling/sales opportunities
  • Able to assist with technical questions that come from the service staff
  • Able to adhere to all safety protocols and procedures and report any unsafe conditions
  • Able to attend all training sessions, staff meetings and activities as requested
  • Able to maintain positive, honest, open, and effective communications, relationships and morale at all levels in the business
  • Able to perform other duties as required by manager
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to maintain excellent organizational skills, including time management
  • Able to use computer and smart phone skills

Job Summary

The Experienced Pool Repair Technician will provide professional and technical services to our valued clients, problem-solving and ensuring consistent client satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing a reliable, efficient, and professional service to clients, troubleshooting and repairing pool equipment, maintaining accurate and current technical information and skills, maintaining a clean and safe vehicle environment, performing repairs and installations, communicating repair needs with clients, stocking the vehicle with necessary products and tools, identifying poolside opportunities for upselling/sales opportunities, assisting with technical questions, adhering to safety protocols and procedures, attending training sessions, and performing other duties as required by manager.
