Responsibilities

• Properly diagnose equipment and explain product solutions to customers
• Properly communicate and explain the entire process to the customer, ensuring their involvement from start to finish
• Design the job on-site after each sale
• Inform the manager of needed equipment
• Ensure that the right department has the necessary information to work efficiently
• Provide quality water system services and products

Qualifications

• Experience as a plumbing technician
• A valid driver's license and good driving record
• The ability to pick up on-call assignments (as needed)
• Capable of physically completing job-related tasks
• Self-driven and competitive individual who can ensure world-class customer service
• Ability to easily recommend services and products
• Ability to keep the client informed and establish good rapport
• Ability to explain technical information in layman's terms
