What You'll Do
- Lead commercial plumbing projects from layout through completion
- Supervise and mentor plumbers and apprentices
- Plan manpower, materials, and daily jobsite activities
- Cookordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and code requirements
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of Plumbing Foreman experience
- Commercial or industrial plumbing experience is preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA, plumbing codes, blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and building codes
- Skills in plumbing layout, installation, repair, soldering, brazing, pro pressing, cutting, threading, joining, and system testing
- Ability to interpret plans, schematics, and specifications to safely and efficiently execute projects
- Proficiency in problem-solving, inspection, and measurement techniques
- Ability to safely complete job duties to meet customer expectations
