Responsibilities
- Work on trade-specific (plumbing) new and/or tenant improvement related commercial projects
- Install, update, troubleshoot and/or repair trade specific/project specific assignments
- Perform layout and installation of trade specific plumbing focused items and materials
- Read / Interpret: contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, architectural, structural and mechanical drawings
Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of recent, relevant experience in plumbing trade and closely related responsibilities
- Any combination of education and/or recent, relevant experience to perform the job duties of this position
- Must have all tools required to perform assigned job duties
- Must be able to lift and/or carry heavy, bulky items, supplies and/or materials weighing up to 80 pounds
- MUST have reliable transportation
