Experienced Plumber

About the role

Brookside Mechanical is expanding and seeking a licensed, experienced, and entrepreneurial full-time Experienced Plumber to launch and grow our brand-new plumbing division. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the future of an entire department while driving top-quality plumbing service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor apprentice plumbers, helping them grow their skills and confidence
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations for residential plumbing systems
• Handle occasional light commercial plumbing projects
• Collaborate with the HVAC team on integrated jobs requiring both trades
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations
• Deliver clear, respectful communication with customers

Requirements

• Master Plumber License
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and growing a team
• Clear communication and outstanding customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Schedule

Full-time with a consistent schedule and occasional on-call rotation as needed.
