Experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

The Law Office of Yohannes K. Sium is a growing Seattle plaintiff firm focused on exceptional legal representation. This role offers the chance to shape the future of the firm's litigation practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury matters from litigation through resolution
• Negotiate directly with insurance companies
• Draft, file, and argue motions in Superior and Federal Court
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Handle arbitrations
• Guide clients through every stage of the litigation process
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client service
• Utilize technology, including Clio and AI tools, to improve efficiency

Requirements

• J.D. and active Washington license (or ability to waive in)
• Personal injury litigation experience preferred (insurance defense litigators with deposition experience also encouraged)
• Experience negotiating with insurance companies
• Experience taking depositions
• Arbitration experience strongly preferred
• Civil litigation experience, including motion practice
• Willingness to work in person in downtown Seattle

Qualifications

Pay

The Pay Range For This Role Is 100,000 - 200,000 USD per year(Seattle, WA)
