Experienced Personal Injury Attorney

About the role

Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., with offices in Teaneck and Pennington, New Jersey, is seeking experienced Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorneys. We are a practice of 25 plaintiff personal injury lawyers looking to add civil trial lawyers with 2-10+ years of experience to work with our existing 12 Certified Civil Trial Attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Client contact, intakes
• Drafting of pleadings, discovery demands and responses
• Depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, settlement negotiations
• Potentially serving as first or second seat at jury trials

Qualifications

• Experienced Attorney with 3-5 years of Personal Injury Experience
• New Jersey Admission (NY not necessary but a plus)
• Plaintiff or defense experience
• Ability to handle and manage a personal injury case list at all stages
• Solid legal knowledge of NJ MVA and premises jurisprudence
• Understanding of legal medicine
• Deposition, Arbitration, and Dispositive Motion Experience
• Experience prepping cases for trial
• Experienced Trial Attorney with 10-plus years of Personal Injury Experience
• New Jersey Admission (NY a plus)
• Civil Trial Certification or eligibility
• Medical Malpractice Experience and Product Liability
• Proven Track Record
• Experienced with managing catastrophic and serious injury cases
• Federal Court Experience is a plus
• Good writing skills
• Winning record
• Solid work ethic
