Experienced Attorney

Full-time, onsite position starting August 2026 in Frisco, TX.

About the role

A growing full-service law firm is expanding its Texas presence and seeking a Family Law Attorney with strong litigation experience to join its legal team, handling divorce, custody, alimony, and related family law matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling complex family law matters and be comfortable managing cases independently from initial client consultation through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and guardianship cases
• Handle negotiations, mediations, and court appearances
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Provide legal guidance in sensitive matters, including domestic violence-related cases
• Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies
• Manage client relationships and case files efficiently

Requirements

• 5+ years of family law litigation experience
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar admission required
• Strong courtroom, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to travel within Texas as needed
• Must be willing to work onsite from the Frisco, TX office

Pay

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 annually (DOE)
