Job Duties
- Obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing documents, including medical, financial, tax, and employment records.
- Creating detailed medical and factual chronologies.
- Preparing trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files.
- Compiling evidence through discovery documents, transcripts, records, libraries, and databases.
- Managing and organizing electronic and physical case files.
- Coinciding with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and support services.
- Generating status reports, logs, and case indexes.
- Corresponding with clients and opposing law firms.
- Conducting legal and medical research, including review of expert materials.
- Communicating with experts and analyzing their qualifications, prior testimony, transcripts, and publications.
- Performing additional duties as needed.

Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of litigation/casualty paralegal experience.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
Pay
- Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000.
