Job Duties May Include
- Obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing documents, including medical, financial, tax, and employment records
- Creating detailed medical and factual chronologies
- Preparing trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files
- Compiling evidence through discovery documents, transcripts, records, libraries, and databases
- Managing and organizing electronic and physical case files
- Cooking with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and support services
- Generating status reports, logs, and case indexes
- Corresponding with clients and opposing law firms
- Conducting legal and medical research, including review of expert materials
- Communicating with experts and analyzing their qualifications, prior testimony, transcripts, and publications
- Performing additional duties as needed

Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of litigation/casualty paralegal experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
