Experienced Packaging Equipment Operators

About the role

Quad Packaging is hiring experienced operators for its growing folding carton business. The company integrates creative, production, media, and technology to simplify marketing and deliver seamless customer experiences across online and offline channels.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging equipment
• Monitor quality and production performance
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Follow safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Experience operating: Sheetfed or Flexographic Presses
• Folder/Gluers
• Die Cutters
• Other folding carton converting equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible shifts

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols

Pay

$21+/hour (based on experience)
