Experienced Packaging Equipment Operators

About the role

Quad Packaging is hiring experienced operators for its growing folding carton business. The company is located in multiple locations including Franklin, Spartanburg, Salt Lake City, and a new facility opening in October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging equipment
• Monitor quality and production performance
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Follow safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Experience operating: Sheetfed or Flexographic Presses
• Folder/Gluers
• Die Cutters
• Other folding carton converting equipment

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with experience in folding carton or paperboard packaging. No specific educational background is required, but relevant experience is preferred.

Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential skills for this position.
