About the role
Quad Packaging is hiring experienced operators for its growing folding carton business. The company integrates creative, production, media, and technology to simplify marketing and deliver seamless customer experiences across online and offline channels.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate packaging equipment
- Monitor quality and production performance
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance
- Follow safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Experience operating: Sheetfed or Flexographic Presses
- Folder/Gluers
- Die Cutters
- Other folding carton converting equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts
Skills
- Proficiency with folding carton converting equipment
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Team player

$21+/hour (based on experience)
