Experienced Outpatient Child and Family Therapist

About the role

We are seeking experienced outpatient child and family therapists who want to help shape the future of our exceptional pediatric behavioral health program.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based and -informed assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model.
• Deepen expertise in evidence-based treatments.
• Help build and improve pediatric behavioral health services.
• Influence clinical programming and best practices.
• Mentor future therapists and partner with Universities to supervise student clinicians.
• Work in a culture that values both high-quality care and clinician wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families.
• Training in evidence-based interventions.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
