This position is for someone who is comfortable making a high volume of quality calls, following a structured sales process, and using proven scripts to improve performance—not replace sound judgment or real selling ability.

Requirements

• Demonstrated sales and outbound calling experience
• Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
• Discipline to meet daily calling and performance goals
• Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural
• Confidence qualifying prospects, overcoming objections, and advancing opportunities
• Reliable follow-through and accurate CRM documentation

Pay

$20–$25 per hour, based on experience, plus commissions and performance incentives.
