About the role
This RN position requires recent OR experience and a 30-minute on-call response time.
Responsibilities
- Provides nursing care across various acute care settings, following standards set by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
- Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, with delegation of tasks to LPNs and UAPs.
- Performing health assessments, documenting care plans, evaluating patient responses, and participating in process improvements to enhance quality and safety as part of a High Reliability Organization.
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, current RN license, BLS certification, 1+ year of recent OR RN experience, and a BSN within 5 years.
Work schedule
Day hours, 40 hours weekly, in the Surgery Main department.
