About the role

Texas Pride Fuels is a unique fuel distribution service company based in Texas that provides fuel, lubricants, and services to industries traditionally serviced by other fuel distribution companies. The company focuses primarily on the Upstream Oil and Gas segment, specifically hydraulic fracturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient and safe distribution of fuel products to valued customers by utilizing strong organizational skills, real-time monitoring capabilities, and effective communication with company drivers and vendors.

Requirements

• Sufficient experience in the efficient dispatching of commercial vehicles and the movement of product to customer locations utilizing GPS tracking technology and real-time data feeds.
• Strong communication skills with customers.
• Enforce adherence to company safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with company drivers and related departmental staff.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic fracturing processes.
• Experience with GPS tracking and real-time data feeds.

Pay

$20-$22/hour starting hourly rate, with overtime pay for hours over 40 each week.

Schedule

This is a full-time position that works at the company's corporate headquarters in Springtown, TX. The schedule is a 5 day on and 2 day off/5 day on and 3 day off rotational schedule, 12 hour shifts.
