Experienced Maintenance Technician (karen)

Responsibilities

• Use a comprehensive daily/weekly checklist
• Utilize a work order system
• Maintain tools and supplies
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial painting experience
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience (preferred in school or commercial settings)
• Valid driver's license
• Background check/fingerprinting (required for schools)
