Experienced Maintenance Technician

The role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks to keep equipment and facilities operational. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure equipment operates efficiently
• Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Document work performed and report findings to supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Experience with electrical systems
• Understanding of plumbing systems
• Basic knowledge of computer software

Salary range: $30,000 - $40,000 annually
