Job Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance on pumps, filters, tanks, and pipes associated with a domestic drinking water system
- Performs maintenance on building heating and ventilating systems and controls
- Performs maintenance on commercial kitchen cooking equipment
- Performs Maintenance on commercial refrigeration equipment
- Assist in the trouble shooting and diagnose problems with building electrical systems
Job Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent - required
- Three years’ experience or more in the HVA/C & R or Plumbing trade preferred
- Proficient with basic computer skills to update our CMMS program, respond to emails, and search vendor websites for parts
- Able to perform minor carpentry tasks including drywall and painting
- Read, write, speak English - required
- Valid state issued driver's license - required
- Intermediate skier or snowboarder - preferred
