About the role
Join Heritage Hill as an experienced Maintenance Technician in a full-time role at our newly acquired apartment community. This position is ideal for skilled individuals with prior maintenance or handyman experience, particularly in apartment maintenance and HVAC.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks in a multifamily residential property.
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily or property management.
- HVAC expertise (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Driver’s license preferred.
