About the role
Join Heritage Hill as a Maintenance Technician in a full-time role within our multifamily residential apartment community. This position is ideal for skilled individuals with prior maintenance or handyman experience, particularly in apartment maintenance and HVAC.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a team of skilled technicians handling HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
- Complete daily operations to ensure timely repairs and a clean environment.
- Collaborate with maintenance and property managers, as well as contractors, on various projects.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience (required).
- HVAC expertise (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Driver’s license preferred.
- Willingness to respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis.
