About the role
Responsible for operating various machining equipment to produce precision parts. Works closely with engineers to ensure parts meet design specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC and manual machining tools
- Inspect workpieces for conformance to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in machining
- Proficiency with basic CAD/CAM software
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
