The successful candidate will manage a diverse and engaging caseload from start to finish, involving independent case management in areas such as commercial litigation, construction litigation, and construction contract drafting.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a diverse and engaging caseload from start to finish
• Experience in commercial litigation, construction litigation, and construction contract drafting
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, handle depositions and dispositive motions

Requirements

• Florida law license in good standing required
• Full-time in-office position

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in litigation
• Experience in commercial litigation, construction litigation, and construction contract drafting
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

Skills

• Ability to draft pleadings, motions, discovery, handle depositions and dispositive motions

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
