Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze legal issues and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Manage an active litigation caseload while ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and support staff throughout all phases of litigation.
• Evaluate cases and provide strategic legal counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California Bar.
• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
